Terms & Conditions

Booking: All treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Cancellations & Changes: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or missed, will be deducted from your package in full.

Refunds & Transfers: Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. The entirety of the package is to be used by the person who purchased the package. The only exception is if the entire package is gifted to another person. Partial transfers are not permitted.

Validity: Packages of 3 treatments must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase. Any unused treatments after this time will expire.

Late Arrival: If you arrive late, your treatment time will be reduced accordingly. The full treatment value will still be redeemed.

Consultation & Suitability: All treatments are subject to consultation. If a treatment is not suitable, an alternative option will be recommended.

Amendments: The salon reserves the right to update or amend treatments within the package where necessary. Any changes will always be like-for-like or of equal value.
